Natixis Securities North America - Business Continuity Management ("BCM") Disclosure Natixis Securities North America Inc. ("the Firm" or "Natixis Securities N.A.") is committed to servicing the needs of its clients in the event of a business disruption. The Firm intends to continue business operations and has implemented, and periodically tests, measures, and adjusts its continuity plans reasonably designed to enable the Firm to meet its existing obligations to its customers under a variety of possible emergency scenarios. Firm-only Disruption In the event of a business interruption affecting Natixis Securities N.A. only, the Firm intends to continue business operations at an alternate site the same day as the disruption. The Firm has contracted for dedicated facilities (trading and operations capabilities, communication links to clients, its clearing firms and other financial institutions) at an alternate site to enable key employees and management to continue to conduct business operations and meet its obligations to customers. In addition, the Firm has also contracted for additional trading and operational facilities at the same site to accommodate additional personnel to expand its ability to continue to serve clients and fulfill its obligations to customers if the business interruption is prolonged. Disruptions Involving the Building that Houses Natixis's Offices In the event that the building that houses Natixis's offices and trading facilities is unavailable, the Firm intends to continue operations at the alternate site the same day as the disruption. If you are unable to reach Natixis Securities N.A. through regular channels, please contact us at natixiscapitalmarkets@cm.natixis.com or call the Natixis Emergency Information hotline (1-877-411-4947). Business District Disruption If a disruption affects the general geographical business district (i.e., Midtown Manhattan) where Natixis Securities N.A. is located, the Firm intends to continue operations at the alternate site the same day as the disruption; provided transportation is available to enable key employees and officers to travel to the alternate site. If transportation is not immediately available, the Firm intends to resume business operations by the next business day. Customers who are unable to reach the Firm on the day of the disruption through regular means of communication should contact us at natixiscapitalmarkets@cm.natixis.com or call the Natixis Emergency Information hotline (1-877-411-4947) for updated information concerning Natixis Securities N.A.'s business continuity status. City-wide Disruption In the event of a business disruption affecting the entire City of New York, the Firm intends to continue operations at the alternate site located outside the City the same day as the disruption; provided transportation is available to enable key personnel to travel to the site. If such transportation is not available on the day of the event, the Firm intends to conduct business activities by the next business day. Regional Disruption In the event of a general regional disruption, the Firm intends to resume business activities at the alternate site if transportation is available the same day as the disruption or by the next business day; provided the alternate site is functional. Customers should send an email to natixiscapitalmarkets@cm.natixis.com or call the Natixis Emergency Information hotline (1-877-411-4947) for a status update regarding the Firm's resumption of business activities. Please note that the Firm's ability to continue to conduct business and meet its obligations to customers will be reevaluated on a daily basis for the duration of the disruption.
